Get a copy of your data

You can download your files at any time and ask for a full copy of everything else.

Steps

1. Download files from Vault: select them and choose Download.
2. For a full copy of your account data, use the contact form with the topic "Privacy and my data".
3. We send the copy within 30 days, after confirming the request comes from your account.
